What are your processing and shipping times?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

If you’re ordering around an event or holiday please allow a little extra time.

Is your art AI-generated?

No. My work is entirely created by me, either by hand or digitally. I don’t use AI-generated imagery, and I believe in keeping the creative process human and intentional.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship most items internationally. For orders to the U.S. tariffs are paid at checkout and will appear as a line item.

Shipping times and costs vary depending on location and any additional customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Occasionally, packages can get damaged while in transit. I take care to package everything securely, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me and include photos, I’ll be happy to replace it.

If you think your package may be lost, please allow at least 5 days past the last tracking update before reaching out. Most of the time, it’s still on its way, even if the tracking says it’s delivered early. Thank you for your patience!

Can I change my address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can usually update your address. Please contact me as soon as possible with the correct details.

Can you make custom size prints?

Yes! I do offer custom sizes. Please submit a request through my contact form.

What medium do you use?

I primarily work in acrylic, which I love for its texture and depth. I also create some digital art, exploring different ways to bring my ideas to life.

Do you sell in person?

Yes! I sell at events, fairs, and conventions. Keep an eye on my Instagram or sign up for my email list for upcoming appearances.

I am also currently taking on new wholesale clients.

Do you take commissions?

I do take commissions! Please fill out my commission form so we can discuss your idea and see if it’s a good fit.

I accept a few pet portraits each year, spots are limited.

Return & exchange policy

Due to the nature of art, I don’t accept returns, all items are final sale. If there’s an issue, reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

Can I get your art tattooed?

I’m so honoured that you’d want one of my designs as a tattoo! Yes, you can. I ask that you purchase a print of the design, it supports my work and also serves as a reference for your tattoo artist. If you post photos online, I’d love it if both you and your artist tag me @cdwartistry. It’s always special to see my art become part of someone’s story.

Do you sell digital downloads?

I don’t offer digital downloads at this time. My work is best enjoyed as physical pieces or prints, and keeping it offline helps protect it from theft. Thank you for your understanding!
